  • Ritz Carlton Bans Sheen?

They let Charlie Sheen talk with the announcers at the Mets vs. Yankees game on Sunday night, and he said he was going to focus on his family and 5 kids more.

But the very next day, while staying in he Ritz Carlton in NYC with his wife and kids, he got back into his old ways.  His ex wife, Denise Richards, and two of their kids were staying in one room, but Charlie booked another room a few doors down and had a drug and hooker fueled party, getting him banned from the Ritz for good.

It was just two years ago that he was banned from the Plaza for having a different hooker/drug party.

Note: Breaking News Reports Say This Story Is a Hoax!  NYC Johnny will keep you posted.

  • Upper West Side To Vote on Bank Frontage and Retail Limitations

Jun, 26 12 Post by: KVNY EXPERTS | No Comments

The new zoning laws for Upper West Siders seems to be quite the talking point as we head in to Thursdays vote.

The new law would limit ground floor stores frontage to 40 feet and new banks would be limited to 25 feet of frontage.  It is an attempt to preserve the UWS character and many are in full support of it.

The people who are against it are mainly either banks or real estate lobbies.  The opponents’ say that it will make it harder for landlords to rent out retail and that products are cheaper in large stores like Duane Reade.

So it’s up to the board to decide what to do, big banks or lots of café’s and bodegas?  Which would you choose?
