Over the last year rents in Williamsburg continued to rise.

Studios and one bedrooms have gone up nearly 11% in rent over the past twelve months.  The average cost of a studio in Williamsburg is now a whopping $2,700, making Brooklyn neighborhood even more expensive than Manhattan rents.  Even in the most desirable neighborhoods in Manhattan average out to below what renters are paying in Brooklyn.  Greenwich Village's average studio price is $2,500, which is $200 less than what you would pay in Williamsburg.

Another key factor drawing folks back to the island, is the convenience of not having to travel by bus or train to get to work in Manhattan.

So if you want to live cheaper and better than those hip folks in Brooklyn, then give us a call!
